DraftKings Welcomes New Users With $200 Bonus Ahead of Thursday Night Football

DraftKings is rolling out a welcome bonus for new users looking to place their first wagers on Thursday Night Football. The offer includes $200 in bonus bets following an initial $5 bet, along with three months of free NBA League Pass access.

How it works. Users who sign up and place their first bet of at least $5 will automatically receive the bonus bets credited to their account. The NBA League Pass component adds value for basketball fans heading into the season, even as football takes center stage this week.

Why now. Thursday's matchup between the Broncos and Seahawks provides a prime opportunity for the sportsbook to attract new customers. A divisional rivalry game typically draws strong interest, making it an ideal promotional window.

For bettors new to DraftKings, the promotion effectively lowers the barrier to entry by providing additional funds to explore the platform's full range of wagering options beyond the initial deposit. Whether focusing on moneylines, spreads, or player props, new users will have bonus capital to test different bet types.
