Subscription & Refund Policy

This policy explains how OddsShift subscriptions are priced, billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. All subscriptions provide access to digital content only.

1. Plans and pricing

OddsShift offers paid subscription tiers. Current pricing:

• Sharp — $9.99 for the first month, then $29.99 per month.
• Pro — $59.99 for the first month, then $79.99 per month.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales taxes (such as GST/HST), which will be added at checkout where required. If you pay from an account in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion and foreign-transaction fees that are outside our control.

2. Introductory pricing

Any first-month introductory or promotional price applies once per customer per tier and is intended for new subscribers only. After the introductory period, your subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate shown above unless you cancel beforehand. We may refuse or reverse introductory pricing where we reasonably believe it is being abused (for example, creating multiple accounts to repeat the offer).

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. By subscribing, you authorize OddsShift, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current rate at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Your renewal date is the monthly anniversary of your initial purchase. You will be charged automatically on each renewal date without further action or notice, except as required by law.

4. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis. A price change will not affect the billing period you have already paid for, and we will give you reasonable advance notice before an increased price applies to your next renewal, so that you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing oddsshift@gmail.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or expressly stated below.

6. Refunds

OddsShift provides access to digital content that is made available to you immediately. Except where a refund is required by applicable law:

• subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial or unused billing periods;
• we do not provide refunds based on the performance, accuracy, or outcome of any pick, rating, or parlay, or on your betting results;
• we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in cases of duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact oddsshift@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits or removes any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your province, including any statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights that may apply to you.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank can. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid and to provide our payment processor with records of your subscription and usage for that purpose.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge, and we may suspend your access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, the subscription may be cancelled.
