Subscription & Refund Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This policy explains how OddsShift subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
1. Plans and pricing
OddsShift offers paid subscription tiers. Current pricing:
- Sharp — $9.99 for the first month, then $29.99 per month.
- Pro — $59.99 for the first month, then $79.99 per month.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis; changes will not affect the current billing period and we will give notice before any increase applies to your renewal.
2. Introductory pricing
The first-month introductory price applies once per customer for each tier. After the first month, your subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate shown above unless you cancel beforehand.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. By subscribing, you authorize OddsShift, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current rate at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Your renewal date is the monthly anniversary of your initial purchase.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [support email]. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or stated below.
5. Refunds
OddsShift provides access to digital content that is delivered immediately. Except where required by applicable law:
- subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods;
- we do not provide refunds based on the performance of any pick, rating, or parlay;
- we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented access.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [support email] within [30] days of the charge and we will review it. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your province.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled.
